Refund Policy

AutrixGPT services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access to the premium features until the term expires.

Because AutrixGPT incurs significant computational costs for AI processing, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused time. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

In cases of technical failure where our platform was completely unavailable for an extended period, or if you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. Refunds in these cases will be granted at our sole discretion.

We encourage all users to fully explore our Free tier and any available trial periods to ensure our Services meet your needs before committing to a paid subscription.
